I am a Biblical Naturopathic Doctor, though I am not currently practicing clinically or accepting clients. In this season, HaShem has led me to focus more fully on education, writing, and teaching through the Good Land Wellness Blog and occasional seminars.
My training includes biblical health principles, nutrition, anatomy and physiology, herbal medicine, natural therapeutics, blood chemistry, mineral balance, detoxification, emotional biochemistry, and other naturopathic approaches to wellness.
Living in Israel has also deeply shaped the way I teach. Through my professional studies of the Land of Israel, I have gained a greater appreciation for its geography, agriculture, plants, foods, history, and biblical setting.
Through Good Land Wellness, I bring these areas of study together to help others better understand the body HaShem created, the principles that support health and well-being, and the wisdom we can glean from Scripture and the Good Land itself.
My desire is to make this information understandable, practical, and grounded—encouraging wise stewardship of the body while always remembering that life and healing ultimately remain in the hands of HaShem.

"For Adonai your G-d is bringing you into a Good Land - a Land with streams and pools of water, with springs flowing in the valleys and hills, a Land with wheat and barley,
vines and fig trees, pomegranates, olive oil and honey."
